My full name is Courtenay Suzanne Chadwell Gatz. I am a full-time ESL instructor, and I coordinate the Intensive English Language Program at Whatcom Community College. I began to work at WCC in 1991. Since then I've coordinated and taught in all three of the ESL programs: the immigrant/refugee program, the advanced academic ESL program, and the intensive English program. Whatcom Community College is a wonderful place to teach because of the friendly faculty and staff, the supportive administrators, and -- most of all -- the fabulous students from all over the world.
My office is in Cascade Hall, Room 103.
