HIKING WITH BERNIE

The title for this page was inspired by the first group of students to take my P.E. class, formally known as Introduction to Hiking, in the Summer of 2004. They renamed it Hiking with Bernie, which is exactly what it is.
This page is designed to share pictures from the P.E. class hikes and many other adventures I have been on with my friends and by myself.
I think about geology everywhere I go and these pictures will hopefully inspire you to wonder about the geology of different locations.

Please, email me your questions about any of the locations in the table below or any location you are planning to go or have gone. I love talking about geology and having fun outdoors. Also, if you want tips for next adventure, ask me, I have probably been there or planning a trip myself.
